Specializations:

Creating “personal” workouts for clients of various ages including people post-rehab, “special challenges” when it comes to fitness, and/or disabilities. These workouts include innovative, safe exercises so clients are successful with their fitness goals!

Training Philosophy:

If needed, gently work with any fitness fears a client may have and motivate with a variety of equipment and
movements which brings them continued progress! The body works together as a group, for the most part, train it as a group always emphasizing good form and fun!
