Training Philosophy:
I make it my primary goal to assist and encourage my clients to reach their full potential both from an
exercise as well as from a nutritional and general wellness perspective. My goal is to create a very
positive environment for training, which not only makes for a fun training program, but also a targeted
approach that keeps my clients coming back for more. I try to apply my very best to every training
session with every client. I have good listening skills and I’m a strong communicator. Making fitness fun and
invigorating is important to me. Working one-on-one is an area of fitness that I absolutely thrive in!
