This is an intense cardio, teaching fitness through Martial Arts. Get a great workout through punching, kicking and plometric exercises.
John Shaddock is the owner of Shaddock Mixed Martial Arts Academy and head coach and instructor. John began his martial arts career learning wrestling at age 3 and received the bronze medal in the NY State Private School wrestling championships as a freshman in HS. John was the New England Diamond Belt Boxing champion and has been involved with boxing for over 25 years. Most recently John has earned his purple belt in Gaijin Ryu jiujitsu. John is currently a Level 1 coach in SICS (Shalorus Integrated Combat Systems) which combines Boxing, Olympic wrestling, Russian Sambo, Muay Thai and submission wrestling.

SICS stands for Shalorus Integrated Combat Systems. It is named for the founder, UFC fighter and Olympic Wrestler Kamal Shalorus. SICS is the most complete martial art on the market today. It combines Boxing, Olympic wrestling, Russian Sambo, Catch wrestling, and Muay Thai to make a great well rounded martial art. Your children will learn how to defend themselves in any situation whether on the ground or on their feet. They will learn the self confidence that is needed to stop getting bullied.
