Becky's Fit Class

Becky's group class is for all fitness levels, and combines strength training and cardio to burn up to 600 calories per session!  Burn fat and tone your body into top shape just in time for summer.  There will be group competitions, weekly weigh-ins, and a fun, motivational atmosphere! All first time participants receive their first class free!

Crushing Core

Quick 1/2 hour kick-butt abs class conducted by a certified personal trainer. Experience a creative and challenging total AB workout to help you get results fast.

This group training program is specifically geared towards our senior members who are looking to improve their overall fitness level through improving their strength, flexibility and balance. Initial as well as follow up assessments will be provided in order to track fitness achievements.

Fit and Fabulous at 40 Plus!

Are you hesitant about becoming physically active? Maybe you’re concerned that your midlife spread is creeping even closer than you previously recognized. Or perhaps, you’re already active and looking for new ways to bolster your physical activity plan. Whatever the case, this class is tailor-made to help you! 40 and up (Pre 40's are welcome too!)

  • $240 for 6 week program (2 group training sessions per week)
