Training Philosophy:
I have been a trainer at Merritt Athletic Clubs for over two years now. An avid rugby player for the last 35 years, fitness and health has always been an integral part of my life. I have finished numerous triathlons, marathons, and ultra-marathons, and multi day adventure races. At the age of 44 and with three children of my own, I understand the everyday struggle of trying to find time for fitness and a healthy diet in everyday life. So whether you are looking to shed some unwanted pounds, tone up with the addition of some muscle, or train for an athletic endeavor, I can help!
