Becoming a personal trainer is a goal I feel I’m lucky to have achieved.
I enjoy helping people reach the goals they’ve set for themselves
whether they’re looking to lose weight, tone up, or even those looking
for bodybuilding success. When looking for a personal trainer, you want
someone who can give you the advice and important information you
need. I can give you this, in addition to safe, fun and hard working training sessions that will insure your success. I wanted
to be certified because I had a trainer who helped me to improve my body and motivated me to help others the same
way. When I got certified, I learned how to help people attain their goals through weight lifting and manual resistance. I also
learned about health and nutrition. When I talk to someone who wants training, I feel they are looking for a safe and reliable
program to help them get results. Safety is very important and I feel I am well informed to help you reach your goals safely
and get the results you are looking for.

“I have been training with Cindy Honsberger for almost a year. I started to train with Cindy because I was having an issue
with a torn meniscus in on my left knee. When I began with Cindy, I had limited mobility on my left knee and difficulty moving
and using it for everyday activities like climbing stairs. I was shocked when I realized how I had begun to favor the use of my
other leg to do normal activities. I had created a mental barrier of the things I could and couldn’t do because of the pain and

In 2004, I went from an active job to a desk job. Over the next year, I had gained weight and was not happy with my body. I
also needed some help in correcting my posture. That’s when I decided to get a personal trainer to help me with my issues.
After training with Cindy 2x per week, 6 months later, I was sleeping better, gradual weight loss, muscle toning, great stress
reliever, and I don’t have restless leg syndrome anymore. Cindy has also taught me the importance of a proper diet and
drinking a lot of water, as diet and exercise are a combination of success. If I were to exercise on my own, I wouldn’t push
myself as hard or make the commitment to exercise As often. Cindy has also taught me that this has to be a lifetime
commitment, as I’m not getting any younger. Last year was the first time in many years, I felt
comfortable wearing a 2 pc bathing suit. Today, I feel good about my body and with that comes
confidence, and happiness. If you feel good about yourself, other things in life seem to fall into
