Training Philosophy:

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Corporate Fitness Consultant
in Eldersburg, MD with over 25 years experience in the Health and Fitness Fields. I hold certifications in
Fitness Nutrition, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and as a Spinning/Cycle Instructor. I started teaching Group
Exercise in 1982 and I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since the early 90’s. Currently, I teach
a Stability Ball Class, a Butts and Guts Class and an Indoor Cycling Class. I can take any of these class
techniques and work them into a more personal teaching experience. I have done research in the fields
of Older Adult Fitness; Exercise during Menopause; Posture, Core and Spine Stabilization Exercises;
Stability and Balance Training (Proprioceptive Exercise) as well as Flexibility Training. I work with clients who have Arthritis, Back Problems, Balance Issues, Fibromyalgia and Lupus, as well as other medical challenges. Together we work hard to overcome these challenges. I can be your door to better health! One-on-one training is a personal experience and I love helping people achieve their personal goals. Whether that is walking up the stairs without having to stop and rest, relieving some of their low back pain with a good stretch or helping them run their first 5K road race, it is such a great experience. I know I can help anyone get on the road to better health and make it fun all along the way.
