Training Philosophy:

Currently, I am attending McDaniel College part time to complete my Masters in Exercise. While earning my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, I studied a number of courses focused on nutrition, exercise physiology and weight management. I played Lacrosse at Cabrini; knowing how intense the next level can be, I have developed a passion for performance training. I have experience with performance training, involving speed, agility, and quickness development. In addition, I have worked
for McDonough School summer programs at the all-sports camp where I helped young children develop sport skills, in a safe and educational manner. Not only can I assist in developing athletes, I can assist the everyday person in developing strength, endurance and weight management. As a member of the staff, here at Merritt Athletic Clubs, I am dedicated to developing my clients in a well-rounded fitness program that supports safety, health, and meets their goals.
