Exercise has helped me to be happy with myself inside and out and I hope to help you feel the same way. When you start dropping your body fat percentage and going down in pants sizes, it makes you feel like you can accomplish anything! That’s what I work hard to do for my clients - believe me it is possible to accomplish your goals if you are willing to work hard at them. I have always been fit, but since I started working here at Merritt Athletic Clubs I lost 10 pounds, dropped 4% body fat and dropped 2 dress sizes. All it takes is a little hard work and some motivation to reach your fitness goals.
