Training Philosophy:

Growing up I was always the “bigger” or “chubby” kid. During my freshmen year of college, I decided I
needed to make a change. At first I started picking up weights and playing my favorite sport, basketball,
as much as I could. I was good, but I had no endurance. By the third game I was winded. It wasn’t until my second year in college when I interned at TZ Sports thay I learned how to train properly and workout
like a professional athlete. Nowadays, I am always competing in everything possible. I’ve won intramural
championships in soccer, football, and basketball. I competed in club rugby at the Mount and I also created
an endurance sports team with friends - we compete in running events, biking events, and triathlons. My
new training goal is to compete in the Crossfit Game 2011.
