Boot Camp takes place 2 times a week, 6-7 am Monday, Wednesday or Tuesday, Thursday (8 week program).  Come in early for a great group style workout that can’t be beat!

Fast Trac

Circuit training workout program adaptable for all ages and fitness levels. The workouts will consist of a blend of strength and cardio training exercises to build lean muscle and burn lots of fat in only 30 minutes.

  • Monday through Friday from 6:00am -12:00pm
  • Tuesday through Thursday 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Bridal Boot Camp

Fat Blast Bootcamp

Bootcamp will consist of plyometric drills including squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kicks, jumps, lunges, and short runs. We will most likely include stair climbing and high intensity interval drills on the treadmill, bike, and/or elliptical. Weight training with body weight exercises such as push ups, squats, lunges, and planks will also be incorporated. $15 per person per session. Must have 5 people per group in order for sessions to run.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00pm or
  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Group Personal Training

Have you been considering Personal Training but feel like it's not affordable? Group training is for you! Hi, my name is James Rehak, certified Personal Trainer at Merritt's Fort Ave location. I have 3 group training sessions going on right now at 6am on Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am Monday and Wednesday, and 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday.

You can save up to $30 per session with the discounted group training rates at 45 minutes per session. If you want to come and get a great workout, while making new friends without paying the 1 on 1 price, then this is the right training just for you.

Senior Circuit Class
