Bootcamp will consist of plyometric drills including squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kicks, jumps, lunges, and short runs. We will most likely include stair climbing and high intensity interval drills on the treadmill, bike, and/or elliptical. Weight training with body weight exercises such as push ups, squats, lunges, and planks will also be incorporated. $15 per person per session. Must have 5 people per group in order for sessions to run.

I have 3 group training sessions going on right now at 6am on Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am Monday and Wednesday, and 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday.
