
If you haven't already noticed, Merritt has kicked off TRX Suspension Training. TRX Suspension Training is a unique way to maximize your workout with one piece of equipment. TRX Training is different than other training systems because you exercise using the resistance created by your own body weight. You can expect a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength and overall conditioning.
