Four week and 10 week sessions. Option to go to all three sessions each week or just to pick and choose when you want to go. Swim with a group just like a swim team. A coach will be on deck at all times to instruct and evaluate strokes and technique. You'll receive written workouts and practices for each session. Four week session $149. Ten Week Session $289.

Metabolic Conditioning Are you looking to take your workouts to the next level? Metabolic conditioning is a swift paced form of training designed to get a high caloric expenditure during and after the workout. This program will include strength training done at a high rate of speed circuit training style with minimal rest in between. Session includes four high intensity 30 minute training sessions with a certified trainer. Members $120. Program participants are eligible for a discount on Polar watches.

Ultimate Marathon Training It's marathon training season! This 16-week program will help you prepare for the Baltimore Marathon, Marine Corps Marathon, or any other fall marathon you want to take on! Training will be 45 minutes once a week with a focus on increasing aerobic capacity, flexibility, and developing core strength. You will be given a detailed training/running program to follow through all 16 weeks.

Aquatic Information Merritt Athletic Clubs Fort Avenue outdoor pool will close for the season on Sunday, September 26. Join us from 9:00AM-12:00PM for our annual Doggie Swim. We'll have lots of games, treats, and fun for the dogs (and their owners too). Cost is $5 per dog. All proceeds will go directly to BARCS.

Take private lessons to learn the Pilates Reformer. This Pilates exercise program will increase muscle strength, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle balance. You will also develop long lean muscles, improve posture and alignment, and learn to move more fluidly and gracefully.
