Pilates Reformer Training at Merritt Fort Avenue
Take private lessons to learn the Pilates Reformer. This Pilates exercise program will increase muscle strength, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle balance. You will also develop long lean muscles, improve posture and alignment, and learn to move more fluidly and gracefully. These exercises also stimulate circulation and blood oxygenation as well as boost immune system function and improve mental clarity.

Pre/Post-Natal Training Program
A properly prescribed exercise program during pregnancy can be beneficial to both the mother and the fetus. A properly executed program may also enhance labor and delivery and may also reduce the chance of pregnancy-related problems. Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Trainers Todd Bauer and Chris Sams along with Certified Personal Trainer Carin Carvalho will help pre- and post-natal members maintain a healthy lifestyle both during and after pregnancy.
