Quick-Starts at Merritt Owings Mills
What's a "quick-start?" It's a specialized six-week group workout program with a Personal Trainer. Each "quick-start" focuses on YOU and YOUR goals.

Quick-Start Get Started: For New Years Resolvers "The resolutions we make for the New Year have a way of drifting away, unfulfilled." DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU! Resolutions are all about goals; and as a beginner, you may need help getting started. Your group leader, a Certified Personal Trainer, will help you set a workout routine you can stick with and reach those goals. Stay with the program for the six-week course, and working out will become a good habit.

Quick-Start Bootcamp: Not for the Squeamish! Need a KICK START for 2010, plus the competition and challenge to take you to the next level? Want to experience an intense workout with others who have the same drive and goals? This not-for-beginners program is instructed by a Certified Personal Trainer who is committed to getting you in shape for a great new year. Meets twice a week for six-weeks.

Spring into a New You at Merritt Athletic Clubs
Merritt Athletic Clubs Biggest Loser Program Lose the weight without losing your lifestyle! Lose weight, improve your self esteem, and decrease stress - all without breaking the bank! Merritt Owings Mills Dance
Winter Dance Program The Dance Program at Merritt Athletic Clubs offers recreational, non-competitive movement and dance oriented classes for children ages 2-1/2 through 8 years. These classes are designed to engage children in fun and fit activities while appreciating the discipline and elegance of dance. Children will not only learn appropriate steps and styles, but will also build confidence and increase muscle coordination and kinesthetic awareness.
