Behavioral changes required to maintain long term weight loss are also addressed. Weight loss clients meet one to two times per week in either a one-on-one or group setting to discuss diet, lifestyle, goals, and behavior patterns and then develop a plan that is modified to take into account any changes in these factors.
Nutrition and Fitness Programs An initial health screening that includes a body composition assessment is conducted in order to establish a health, nutrition, and fitness baseline.
