Andrew Barranco - Head Coach
Andrew is the head coach of Merritt Athletic Swimming, and Regional Aquatics Director for Merritt Athletic Clubs. He oversees the program at both the Towson and Eldersburg locations. Andrew has coached on the US Paralympics coaching staff internationally at meets both in England and Belgium. His previous coaching experience includes being the Head Coach of Pine Ridge Swim team in 2004 and 2005, Assistant Coach for Dundalk Eastfield Swim Club - DESC - for three years, and the Assistant Coach for Hillcrest Swim Club in 2002 and 2003. He has trained world adaptive record holder and Paralympian, Jessica Long.
Jane Watkins - Assistant Coach
Jane is in her first year coaching with Merritt Athletic Swimming. Jane has taught lessons at Merritt Athletic Clubs for five years. Previous experiene includes working with the Master's program and twenty-four years teaching swim lessons.
