Junior Fitness Certification is designed for children between the ages of 12-15. The purpose of the program is to
teach basic aerobic and resistance training principles and address proper exercise etiquete. By completing this
course the participants will be allowed to use appropriate cardio machines and do weight-resistance training using
machines. Once the children are certified they will be given a bracelet that will be worn and an exercise log book
that will be color-coded and updated quarterly.
