Running/Racewalking Form Analysis & Program Design

Regardless of your level(newbie, experienced marathoner, triathlete.) This invaluable service is now available now for all Merritt Members and Non-members alike.

The analysis and follow up program will help in identifying improper form due to mechanics or previous injury which can arise quickly leading to further injuries ranging from small to catastrophic if not caught.

Various Topics that will be discussed in full:

  • Video Analysis of your running and corrective feedback based on the video work (Video feedback is an invaluable tool to help you learn the correct form for your body for all running, run/walk, and race-walking forms.)
  • Shoe feedback
  • Anatomy/Posture assessment to ensure the body is running as efficient as possible.
  • Performance Training/Cross-training ideas and program suggestions
  • Local and regional race suggestions and training plan feedback
  • Injury prevention
  • Pre and post workout flexibility program suggestions
  • Goal setting and long term race and training suggestions

USA Triathlon L.1 Certified coach and Personal Trainer Chris Towle has 7 years of experience working with endurance athletes and over 20 years of coaching and training experience. This hands on knowledge coupled with the resources of a USA Olympic coaching staff is now available to all Merritt Athletic Club members!

Train smart and train right! This program is for individuals 18yrs & older.
